I know technology develops quicker than laws can keep up but coming up with new laws that are even more backward doesn&#8217;t help. There is already a Computer Misuse Act that can be used to prosecute malicious users. I guess this could be refined a little but the only thing the new guidance does is make it more risky for the good guys. Perhaps we should all move to The Pirate Bay Island with our German friends, overthrow or at least vote on their questionable copyright views, and provide security consultancy for the rest of the world.
