I don’t know about you but I find the login sound on Ubuntu pretty annoying. Here is a quick, nice and easy way to disable it.
How to disable Ubuntu Login and Logout sounds
Navigate to System > Preferences > Sound then click the Sounds tab.
Set the Log Out and Log In sounds to “No Sound” to disable the login and logout sounds in Ubuntu.

Are you serious? It amazes me the stupid articles that people post, for the easiest things in the world to do.
Hey, how do I login? Maybe you should write an article about that. Oh, and how to change wallpaper, and the styles, and maybe I should know how to logout too.
Oh, and how do I turn my computer on?
I’m sure readers would find those articles most helpful too.
