I've had an error with the loginhook script.

in the line: prog=(/usr/local/bin/synergys --config /path/to/synergy.conf)

I changed the expression to match my locations: prog=(/applications/synergys --config /applications/synergy.conf)

At reboot the apple script editor auto opened and synergys was not running. When I clicked the RUN button in the script editor, I get a syntax error:

Expected expression, “)”, etc. but found “/”.

If it's not already obvious, I'll say that I have no experience with this, and would greatly appreciate any help you can offer a noob like me.

Thanks

This seems very helpful indeed, but before I proceed with an auto-login script, I'd like to know how to remove the script if things go wrong? Basically, how does one undo the last step? (I'm new to Macs.)
